The draw was conducted by Secretary General of the Confederation of African Football Hicham El Amrani with the help of Mohamed Aboutreika (ex-Egyptian, multiple AFCON winner), Alphonse Tchami (ex-Cameroon & FIFA World Cup 1994, 1998) and former South Africa winning coach Shakes Mashaba.
The tournament will take place from 17 January to 8 February.
