Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello congratulates the appointments of Heads of various federal government parastatals from kogi state by the President

The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello heartily congratulates the following Kogi eminent indigenes on their well-deserved appointments as Heads of various federal government parastatals by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari.

They are Barrister Babatunde Irukera appointed as the Executive Secretary of the Consumer Protection Council, CPC, Mrs Folashade Joseph appointed as the Managing Director, Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation, NAIC and Mr Sunday Thomas appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of the Nigeria Insurance Commission (NICOM).

In his congratulatory message, Governor Yahaya Bello thanked Mr. President profusely for finding these extremely committed, very capable and committed bureaucrats deserving of the appointments and charged the appointees to continue their good works that made them worthy of their appointments in the first place. He restated his confidence in the quality of the appointees and his unshaken belief in their capacity to deliver in their statutory roles and responsibilities.

He however charged them to continually be good ambassadors of the State, wished them a successful tenure in office whilst assuring them of the unflinching support and cooperation of all Kogi people as they team up with the focused President on his undeterred task of fixing Nigeria. He congratulated them and stated that he hopes and prays that their appointments will have positive impact on people of Kogi in particular and Nigerian people in general.
